Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
In order to obtain a degree, the degree must be offered by your home institution to which you are admitted. Then, you must take at least 50% of your courses at your home institution. For example, a VCU Engineering graduate student who enrolls into a VCU graduate program is able to take up to 50% of their courses via Cardinal Education, with Graduate Program Director approval, while the other 50% must be taken with VCU.
Apply to the VCU College of Engineering using the Office of Admissions application website, with additional information provided for international applications. Students can be admitted in Fall, Spring or Summer terms. However, after admittance into a VCU graduate engineering program, enrolling in Cardinal Education partnership courses must be done with approval from the graduate program director or your designated program advisor.
